By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All content — neighborhood and ZIP-code guides, market commentary, payment and affordability calculators, first-time-buyer program information, and articles — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, lending, or investment advice. Market conditions, rates, taxes, and program eligibility change frequently and vary by individual.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Calculator and tool outputs (monthly payments, affordability, program matches, and any illustrative market figures) are approximations only — not offers, appraisals, pre-approvals, or commitments. Confirm current details with the appropriate licensed professional.

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Services

Using this Site does not create an agency, brokerage, or client relationship. A real estate agency relationship is formed only through a signed written agreement.

Listing data, where shown, is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. The Site may link to third-party services (MLS portals, lenders, valuation tools) whose content and privacy practices we do not control.
